    Am I wrong - Great news just prior to bad report

    Look at the last letters from a "C" at Alliqua, they show up just before a bad earnings report - every time.

    #2 Why would Rosenblum move his stock at that price?

    #3 I was told the $3 mil was going to be sold to the average buyer, did insiders provide the final option?

    I hope my concerns are unfounded, though there is a strong pattern here.

(OTCBB:ALQA) (Alliqua or the Company) announced that entrepreneur Dr. Phillip Frost and other investors collectively purchased approximately 24 million shares pursuant to certain private stock purchases. Dr. Frost is an existing stockholder in Alliqua and as a result of his participation in these stock purchases is the beneficial owner of approximately 11.1% of Alliquas common shares.
