The people funding this company are cashing warrants and options with every piece of news that creates liquidity. They want to recoup their investment and then hang onto a piece in case the company becomes successful down the road. I can't blame them at all. If I gave a million dollars to a company in exchange for paper, I would do whatever it takes to get my million dollars back in case the company is forced to keep diluting.
