I read the release about the new CFO and moving out of NYC to PA. I decided to take a long position today for the following reasons: !) Phil Frost 2) New Management seems to be trying to "shake things up" and have had a successful track record at other companies and probably can have contacts within strategic venues
3) Insiders have a substantial stake. So there you have it....long 400,000 shares at 0.071/share this AM.
Another huge positive in my mind is that S. Berger will get his hands off the checkbook by getting rid of him as CFO in 90 days. Replaced with a seemingly qualified mature man who has a track record and has been incentivized to create value by giving him options that range from 10 cents-20 cents/share.
A potential BIG positive regarding management is the clearing of the Harborview Team-Rosenblum/Stefansky. Clearly they still have their equity position but at least they are getting out of management. They were, in my thinking, largely using ALQA as their own "piggybank".
