how much more can we push customers,What can we make them buy..
I know even from our competition that sales are rough. Same store comps are not up to expectations or projections. We are pushing some of our customers out the door. We want them to get all they supposedly need? Thats great...but customers see us a "salespeople" only and trying to get them to spend more than what they wanted...but thats every company. What will it take to make customers buy more!!! We have so many push items that it makes customers uncomfortable .... And tm's that are scared to ask so many times...as we are told "whatever it takes to get that extra buck!!" But remember all companies do it
I know several guys who are store managers for Autozone here in Houston and they say sales are excellent. They are earning great bonuses, the stores are getting extra payroll, and morale is very high. Apparently the leadership at Autozone in Houston is MUCH different than Advance.
A couple more bs conversations with my DM and I am going to beg those guys to take me back. I should have never left.
