Earnings are in a tailspin and will earn only $4 EPS next year. PE may pay 15x = $60, but no way they pay 20x for this. Sell - will be back below $70 soon.
Very unlikely private equity would pay 7-8x EV/EBITDA, Buyout might come, but not these levels.
