In todays age of technology they can't even capture customers email.
I can't beleive an ex computer guy can't get there system to capture email address. They slashed there advertising costs and this has hurt retail. The upper management has pushed in house learning through the PC tutorials (30 million for pc's and tutorials) which most of the lower half of the staff are to ignorant to understand.
