    Homefront preview on IGN 2/17/2011

    A few points,

The suggestion that this was an old build is optimistic. Let's say you're THQ, you have a good build, and you have a build full of glitches, do you send the latter to IGN so they can report it to tens of thousands of hard core gamers? If so, that's a serious lack of good judgement.

They're not a month out. They're a few days out from Gold. Submission, mastering and distribution take weeks. Halo Reach went Gold 40 days before release. We're now 26 days from Homefront's release.

Where's the public demo that was promised?

I've given reasons even before this fresh data to suggest an outcome of a Homefront disappointment is a possibility:

    - Kaos' poor track record.
    - THQ's poor track record.
    - Morale issues.

Now we see a late delay of game by a week, plus a preview listing many glitches, plus no demo which was promised... adds up to... nothing to be concerned about?

If they delay it, the guidance they gave on 2/2 will be lowered again, for the 4th time in 10 months. That would show total incompetence.

And if they do delay it, doesn't mean we'll see something like GTA4 or RDR either. THQ are no Rockstar.
