I NEVER set stops. These crooks will just keep popping the triggers as you say, to keep accumulating all the shares they can. When and only when you stop using stop loss orders will the gig be up and the price move up. long periods of consolidation are what I call long perdios of thevery by the pros. Buy your shares, sit back and wait. I dont even use GTC sell orders. If you cant afford to watch your money every minute in the market, then you really dont need to be trading or short term investing...whatever you choose to call it.
