Where does seeking alpha get the 59 million shares outstanding, 200 mill market cap???
I see a 59 mill market cap on scottrade and yahoo. On the November 10K by dividing the loss per share (.87) by the gross loss $15 mill (rounding off). You still get only about 14 mill shares. Just wondering?
Thanks for that. I went through teh alpha report. Still unable to determine where they got those figures. Must be preferred or convertible shares factored in to the equation. I don't know. Can anybody find the specifics?
