Understaned grades 48 and above haven't received a pay increase for 2 years. Of course it is their fault for everything the mismanagement of this company has created! Sour grapes because the company is in the toilet. I assume you approve of the performance of the company. I'd prefer they brought in people that made the company profitable - and paid them accordingly. Money talks and bull-hit should be walking.
