Well, you made quite an assumption that I am/was an employee.. Not so.. I am also not "scarted". your lengthy response and reaction to me is quite telling.
It is clear you were fired and harbor a good deal of anger toward sti. I like sti due to its history and brand, ive been a customer for 21 year and have nothing but great interaction with their commercial and wealth bankers. I do know they have been “ramping “ up performance and its sounds like you missed the cut. I happens in life, lick your wounds an get out there and be productive, add something to society
Are you expressing here your fears of being be fired? Might as well get ready for this since it's a matter of time and you know it's coming. If you are still working there, it means that you have tried many times, but were not hired by any other banks. Now all you can do is show up every day, be another "yes" man, so they don't kick you out. How is the competition between all the "C" and "D" players left? Easy I guess? Are you enjoying not getting any bonuses or salary increases. Other banks are still paying those, regardless of what they tell you.
Aren't you scarted of all the business that other "good banks" like JP Morgan Chase are taking away from you? Not because they are being solicited, but because your clients are sick and tired of dealing with inept persons like you and they are searching for "real bankers" somewhere else. I don't need to worry about jobs since I don't need to work anymore in my life, but you, yeap you do or you will not be able to pay your "up to the limit" credit cards.
You are a loser and a poorly paid slave. I pity you.
It is not an expectation but fact of what happeded to you.. Ill refresh your memory.
It went like this- "your services are no longer needed at STI, this gentelmen with security will walk you out"
