    2nd Proxy Request

Today I received a 2nd request for my proxy by these misleading slick talking folks who want to do financial harm to all present SBR unit owners. Hopefully, they are having problems obtaining the 10% necessary to have a meeting and are resorting to a 2nd mailing trying to get proxies returned.

The necessity not to return your proxy has been well publicized on this board but there may still be some late comers who need reminding. For those who have not been advised, DO NOT RETURN YOUR PROXY BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW YOU VOTE THE RETURN OF THE PROXY WILL COUNT TOWARDS HAVING A UNIT HOLDER MEETING WHERE THESE SLICKERS CAN MANIPULATE EVENTS.

If all knowledgeable unit holders spread the word far and wide to other unit holder friends and unit holders about NOT returning the proxy we may have a chance of squashing this outrageous proposal.

    • I'm in the same situation as you. I actually bought after the scam was denounced by Kurt Wulff. I see it as a special situation play where a good bounce would be expected when the scam fails. I bought 4000, captured this month's divvie and then sold 1400 at a 1.50 profit. I doubled my position this AM on the dip and now hold 5200. I can't vote 'em NO but the people who sold me the stock are not going to bother voting for a stock they dumped. In a way, a new holder is a vote AGAINST since the proxy for it is very unlikely to be sent in by the former holders.

    • ABSOLUTELY YOU HAVE RIGHTS! you are a shareholder. If you get a proxy, tear it up. You will have the opportunity to vote should it come to that. When that opportunity comes vote NO!

    • Can someone help me understand my position in this predicament? Apparently they only mailed the proxies to people who owned the stock on 12/12/2005 and then stuck the proxies in the mail on 1/4/2006. So I bought stock on 12/21, before I knew any of this was going on and after the 12/12 ownership deadline.

I feel stuck. I have no control for voting and the stock dropped significately after I bought. I filed a complaint with the SEC and wrote a nasty letter to the crooks.

Don't I have any rights if a meeting is called?

      Thanks

    • Thanks for the help! These guys are as slick as grease and just as greasy! Modern day Bonnie and Clyde, as well as Billie Sol Estes.
We all must be very careful as these guys have tricks and traps everywhere to rob us blind!!

    • Thanks to all the good info posted here, I'm still withholding my proxy, and I've tipped off another substantial unit holder who's withholding his, too. If and when the need ever arises, we're of course both prepared to vote against. BTW, I suspect I'm among many who have been tuning in silently to this board for some time. (In fact, this is the first message I've ever posted anywhere!) Thanks again for all your help. Keep up the good work!

    • EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SEC: www.sec.gov
Look under "Investor Information" for "File a Tip or Complaint". Then have at it!!
