I just want to make sure I have this correct. Based on your posts, you sold on 5/4 and bought on 5/16 to gain an additional 5.4% discount. After you take into account your brokerage fees, the fact that you skipped over the guaranteed dividend, and that you probably have to pay short term capital gains on everything up to that point. You just about broke even for a lot of risk and effort. Why would anyone daytrade an income stock???
Not to mention that you based these decisions on such macro-economic events such as demand erosion changes over a 12 day period. If there is any demand erosion, it won't take shape and/or reverse direction in a 12 day period. You would be better suited to trading commodities and futures.
