    Honda Styling

Honda is a great car company, but one thing I have a problem with its car is styling. The grill of the Acura is terrible, it's hard for me to swallow. The new Honda Civic styling is also boring. It's leaning toward a Chevy Cavalier Styling which I hate. If Honda changes its styling more toward Kia, I would again purchase another Honda in a heart beat. I guess I have to wait.

    • I am in the same boat. I've owned two Civics, an Accord, an Odyssey and an S2000. The Ody and S2 I still own. I will tell you this: I will never buy another Honda if they continue down this road of ugly styling, overweight, uninspiring, unreliable cars. They have become the exact opposite of what they used to be.

Mazda is becoming the new Honda. Skyactive is all about shedding excess weight to improve fuel economy. The residue of this is cars that are fun to drive and affordable.

    • I agree, Honda probably needs to tweak its styling a little.

I throw out an idea: Honda should partner with Apple to design a car. Apple’s input should not be limited to only the electronics but also styling.

Apple will need more opportunities to innovate, Honda could offer Apple the opportunity. Apple is mobility, what is more mobile than an auto”mobile”.

My personal view would be to add Apple design and features to alternative fueled/powered vehicles.
