It's funny, I watched a youtube video on the development of the NSX back in 1990. Honda marketing back then followed the rule that customer retention was A-1 in growing sales. Honda was building the best cars in the world back then. Those of us who married Honda back then loved them for their lightweight, fun to drive, cheap, reliable cars. Why does Honda think those old customers want 2nd rate, overweight hybrid cars that cost too much, deliver too little performance and are now no more reliable than a Chevy?
Honda, where did you go wrong? Why have you decided to completely alienate your core customers?
