Given the balance sheet and current business, $10million for this company seems like a steal. Maybe someone should buy them out for $20 million and then take it private?
Anyways what is so bad about management? Being conservative with their money has ensured their survival during these horrible times for insurers.
I think they will be okay.

I'm not sure why your vested in the success of AAME. I do know that mgt at AAME is a mess...good employees continue to leave and AAME is running the organization like it was the 1950's. Unless something is done, there won't be anything to sell. While the life & health division has the greatest potential to succeed, it's success is stunted by leadership that doesn't realize it's 2007.- 1 Reply to sinkship123

if it is so bad why the insider buying. They also have a good balance sheet. Any help with insight would be appreciated.
