I really expected MF to trade basically sideways until the said interest does go up...which we all know will be good for MF when it happens.
But that thought of when the interest rate, IMO,is now starting to get priced in to the stock. I've held MF since 7/21 and it's up 14% in that time...people are slowly buying ahead of that interest rate hike.
The stock should of moved weeks ago: 100% profit on the interest rate spread. Using the current 10Q you can see a huge potential. PS - Financial Position - Cash Value is $8 per share. BookValue is over $11. PPS - Converts outstanding at $10.50 per share.
