Try to average down and get out even...

The contact number for your crystal ball dealer, sir?
I will not average down as my crystal ball is not so trustworthy. I will say this; I now see what a wildly speculative person we had for a ceo and as likely, a mouth breathing and overcompensated board of directors.
My main factor in buying the shares of this firm was an article extolling the merits of Mr. Corzine. I now see how one-sided this article was.
But.....asuming he did not sell out his own shares prior to the BK, and he used his own funds to aquire them, Mr. Corzine is certainly getting a stinging reminder of his own shortcomings as a speculator. Add this to his single term as governer.
Had I know this and other facts about the ceo I would have been much less inclined to buy the small amount of shares that I did buy.
Live and learn. The difficult part is applying the lesson learned. As always.

    • Corzine's bet wasn't wrong...it's just bad timing...maybe if he reduced costs to have a better earnings report this would have never happened...I probably wouldn't even of thought of investing in this stock because it would've been too rich for my blood...all options should be on the table...

    • I thought about buying on Friday, but say that it had rallied..thank god I didn't. I guess lesson learned without the pain. But, we've all been there. Best thing is to sell right away and move on.
