    Huge Profits-Employees Suffer

Look for huge profits in the months to come.
Most offices working with less and less staff hours. Service is suffering, customers walking out, phones ringing, opticians up and down answering the phone several times while trying to do consultative selling. What a joke. Very stressfull working environment. Company of the Century I don't think so. Profits might be good this year, but what happens next year when the customer dosn't return. Wise up management your killing the business. Work in a busy office for a week or two, not just an hour visit, don't worry you will still have time to read of the figures from the day before.

    • Company of the Century? Maybe the last century. Certainly not this one.

You will never see an RSM spend alot of time in a local store. The truth would hurt Corporate too much and they don't want to know it!

    • He's not exaggerating! It's a juggling act. Multi-multi tasking is required. What happens when business slows down, especially in Nov. and Dec? You would think it will be better, but it won't. MM is stressing that individuals must hit goals or they're gone. When that happens, they had better not "pick and choose" who goes. There will be lots of litigation if the "punishment" isn't fair across the board.
