...is the meaning of this statement from CTTC's most recent 10K:
"Sunless tanning agent, a skin-pigment enhancer being researched as a skin cancer preventative, and therapeutic for vitiligo, albinism and psoriasis, exclusively licensed to Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (Australia)"
...license?...does that mean royalties?...wouldn't that be nice?...but wait a minute -- Clinuvel says they don't owe anyone any royalties:

...and, indeed, looking through the past 6-7 CTTC quarterly reports, I couldn't find ANY mention of Clinuvel anywhere...so WHAT happened to Clinuvel and its ostensibly owed royalties?...
A counterfeit version has been sold on the internet for years. It is supposed to treat sexual dysfunction. One of the unintended side effects is that it darkens the skin. If this drug were ever approved for skin problems (which is very doubtful) perhaps CTTC would be entitled to royalties. It looks like they will be BK long before trials could ever be completed.
