Try the link below and go to page 19, "Patents and Proprietary Rights". The discussion I am referring to is in the second paragraph.
If it doesn't work, go to Titan's web site and click in "Financials" at the top. Then click of "Form S-1 Registration Statement" then go to page 19 "Patents and Proprietary Rights".
I have also exchanged emails with Sunil on this topic.
Interesting ideas. The local board where I live now is taking some heat for buying some vacant land. I guess if cinci. has some vacant bldgs. it may make sense to sell the lots. A fully depreciated building is useless for educational purposes but the land could be converted to cash.
In a way, related to the inventory issue. Turnover in district administration often creates environments where the new administration isn't fully aware of the assets that the district owns. Could create an opportunity for someone to come in and give them a fresh inventory so they know their starting point.
Thanks for the ideas. Keep up your fishing skills. If I'm still a hobo in 6 months I'll take you up on that offer to clean fish on your boat.
Can you post a link to the registration document referencing the 4 patents? I can't find it and would like to read it. The wording from the website, "...certain patents relating to this long-term drug delivery system" is a little vague and I'd like to dig a little deeper.
Thanks in advance
Interesting comments by Titan.
The most recent Titan registration document references four patent applications as having been filed which I think are MOU applications which includes the addiction patent which was granted. Chronic pain would be huge.
baxter ,,in cinti,, there are buildings empty not used for yrs,, say one sgchools name is quebec,, thier intial building is closed due to abseptus/lead paint,, boarded up,, big bldgs on big tracks of land sometimes in prime real-estate areas,,
what the city did was just build another building have them move to a new location,, that 8-10 empty bldg,, is off the top of my head it easly could be 25-30 the way the city did things,,
, i realize that alittle construction managent wouldnt hurt if u taken any of these classes,, but to formulate aplan and submitt it to cincinnati board of eduacation is a strong idea,, check with chicago u said u have alonging to go back home,, would a plan like that work in chi-town?
this would be creating work foryourself,, you would be signing a contract ,,i dont think it be you become an employee but maybe,,never know?
sometimes I think you deserve the "Most Boasts in your Posts" award. I'll call it the MBP award.
So, what's your exit price for your big 12,900 share 'pig'.
The pig association reminds me of this guy I know who go's by 'bloatedhog'.
Very biased article.
He mentions Fanapt as if it were a positive, but neglects to point out that we gave up 2.5% of it in the "favorable" Deerfield deal.
I agree with much of what he wrote, but I do think he pointed out all the good without referencing any of the bad.
Yes the article appears very biased.
Curious comments about licensing-out the ProNeura technology. I understood the US and European patents had already expired. I don't understand why a third party would pay Titan for the technology.
He's written several articles. Although the writer is not identified, I think it's VFC.
Not saying that I don't agree with him, but in the past his articles haven't done anything positive or negative for the stock PPS.
