I am sure ttnp is looking to partner for the EU and no doubt Braeburn is in the mix of negotiations. My guess is Braeburn ends up buying the EU rights and hopefully the upfront amount is enough to keep ttnp afloat until Probuphine is approved. They could do a larger up front payment and less on the backend with a lower royalty. But the EU market is a lot less than the US so maybe the upfront payment isn't in itself enough to get to approval but it certainly would reduce the amount of dilution. They have a year to make a deal before they run out of cash so I think it will get done.
