It's possible the contract is through one of the 4 "strategic partners". While doing some DD I did see Tetra Technologies won a contract with someone in North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh I believe). Tetra is quite a bit larger and might be running the show but contracting out some work. Either way, great news. I knew Dutchess wouldn't just give Abtech a $2M loan @ 3% without knowing for sure there was a revenue stream.
Kraura...I could be wrong but I don't think Tetra is involved in any way with the storm water market. They are an Oil and Gas c company. I read their profile and there is nothing to indicate that they are in this industry. This is an Abtech only contract, along with their engineering subsidiary Aews. The contract is for work in the Northeast....which could never be confused with North Carolina. Just my opinion. Nevertheless, this should put them pretty close to break even for the year, with any sales from their "teaming agreements" and additional contracts awarded being gravy.
