They are not naming who awarded the "contract" because that would allow independent verification. They don't want that, IMO because they are lying about the contract. Whoever awarded the "contract" would be making announcements of the award. ABTECH has moved their corporate headquarters to a private residence in Canada, the easier to avoid US law enforcement. Now they are more emboldened to lie.
"Whoever awarded the "contract" would be making announcements of the award."
Municipalities, Cities, Counties, or States do not make announcements of contract awards via the market wire. Those announcements are made in the newspaper, if at all under the Legal Notices. A place you and I would have no reason to look otherwise, unless we were one of the "bidders" of said work.
You consider yourself quite the "Whistleblower" don't you? Why don't you report your concerns to the SEC mako? Making those concerns of yours known here make you suspect of being a lowly basher.
"The project may also be increased to include additional sites under the existing authorization, expanding the scope and size of the project award."
I had posted this earlier to a similar question. Rink isn't naming names and will only give general locations as he has learned that other competitors may try and worm their way in to any additional work.
