Does anyone ever buy calls or puts on UUP? Does this work out well seeing that UUP is a leveraged etf? I realize if one times it just right, one could do well, but what are your experiences with these options? I heard that its not a good idea to hold leveraged etfs over the long term. Also, it seems that there would be a lot more volatility with a leveraged etf option, making it harder to earn a profit. Thoughts?
