      • I suggest that when you watch the Patrick Lee talk, at around the 12:45 mark you pay attention to how reovirus triggers the immune system through "memory immune cells" formed in specimen 1's spleen cells - which when injected into specimen 2, produce a significant immune response to any tumor cells in specimen 2 - very much like the recently reported effect using UPENN's drug discovery, but without the genetic modification of the T-cells and without the life-threatening sequelae that the UPENN drug also produces.

The UPENN drug discovery is being reported in the nytimes and it speaks to the "shake and bake" effect of gene (and viral therapy) in cancer treatment.

"A sign that the treatment is working is that the patient becomes terribly ill, with raging fevers and chills — a reaction that oncologists call "shake and bake,"

With ONCY's Reovirus the "shaking and baking" is not as severe although patients receiving reovirus develop "flu like symptoms" which is demonstrates that the virus is working, and without the need for further medical (rescue) intervention.

      • The Moteley Fool will start a slam campaign saying that the trial failed and viruses are very dangerous in late Jan. They waited about 4.5 months before they started their mis-information campaign after the first 80 were enrolled. Between MF and spending cuts/higher taxes, very good buying opportunities might present themselves in the not to distant future. It will be interesting to see if ZZLangerhans recycles his theory that insider information lead to institutions dumping their shares, when in reality they were adding millions of shares to their holdings. Try again ZZ.

The only other person I have seen float the institutional sell off story is hasbeen. Could ZZLangerhans be hasbeen?

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
