That makes it still a great buying opportunity. Personally I would have been just as happy if it had stayed low through divy date since I am dripping. Whatever as my 14 year old son says. I just keep accumulating NFI and am realy sorry I didn't have a lot of cash a couple of days ago to buy. There was simply no way it could stay at that low price with at 17% yield and it wont stay at this price with a 15% yield.
Future dividend annoucements will effect the price. How is that for stating the obvious? If DDD and hhill ar right then we can expect a real surge in share price. Regrets for shorts will be intense and regrets will be felt by those who didn't buy when they had the chance.
I checked strong buy only because I wish I had cash to buy more right now. The reality is I am holding.
