Maybe, maybe not. You have to realize that the game here is extraction of shares from weak holders. How would you do that? Frustrate the holders. How do you beat that? Realize that, and outsmart them at their own game. One thing for sure, I can wait longer, years with this position, if required, than ANY hedge fund. Most can't, which is what they bank on. Plus the obvious, the company has an incredible program unfolding, which the value, either to a suitor or investors will overwhelm any short or medium term games here over time, so that if you do not want to be bothered by the games, you understand that and just buy and hold, expecting the volatility. Once you realize that you laugh at the ups and down games. Remember, NOBODY, no matter how big can stop a takeover bid, especially if they are dumb enough to be short, and this is absolutely, regardless of what any of the doubters here say, a solid takeover candidate. Either from current partners, or others looking for future pipelines. Does anyone really doubt that a Roche, already a partner and now moving into Phase 3 trials on another major candidate besides CABO situation is not keeping a very close eye on this situation?? For only one example. There are others. Think any of these big Pharma guys do not need new drugs to take the place of their expiring and expired successes? Want to be short when either somebody takes a run at this, or news simply pushes the value far higher?
So if tomorrow brings an uptick, or down-tick, the question is, are you prepared to act on it. Do you have a plan. I do! LOL
