"Responsible for analytical drug product and drug substance development related activities including method development, method validation, method transfer to CMOs (contract manufacturing organizations), specification establishment, NDA [new drug application] preparation such as e-CTD [e-Common Technical Documents] writing and reviewing and stability monitoring in compliance with GMP/ICH (Good Manufacturing Practice/International Conference on Harmonization) guidance. Also responsible for investigations and troubleshooting of methods and developing separation and other analytical technologies in support of formulation, drug substance process chemistry, and commercial manufacturing.
