In 29 years of investing, I have never seen this much SC 13G.
Very interesting although, I have doubts that Mike will let go below $30.00 pps. Maybe soon we shall find out what our partners are bargaining. Time will tell.

I guess there could be a chance that the Dept of Justice would be interested in talking to MMM's hairdresser...I think big hair is a crime anywhere but Texas.

What is this SC 13G? Can you please elaborate? I am not aware of it. Thanks.

13g's must be filed with the SEC by institutions once share ownership reaches 5% or more. They are also required to update annually by February 14th of the new year. The requirement is why you are seeing all the 13g's being filed recently.

we've seen this kind of hype before and it has not panned out, remember the run up to 12...... then the crash. Its the cyclical nature of hype and learn hype and learn.... I think that the markets have learned to not play wolf wolf anymore... hope I am wrong in this - but the long market trend does not indicate that.
