    Institutional ownership

According to my brokerage, institutions now own 94.5% of floated shares. As prices are fairly close to the $4.25 secondary, it seems like the strategy described by "Colfax" of shorting common shares, and covering with shares purchased at the secondary is becoming less profitable, especially as so few weak-hands remain who'd panic sell just because of a doofus post on yahoo. It also seems like it won't be long before most institutions churn through their stock of secondary shares used to cover. Any thoughts?
