    How to contact BOD?

It's only one month to annual meeting. How can we vent our resentment to BOD? If we all complain about CEO/CFO, will they listen? Sending email to IR will get into CFO or CEO's hands?

Doubtful. The current management team has produced the first approved drug in EXEL history. In addition, the pathway to further label expansion is well under construction. I expect if the BOD were displeased w/ their senior management team, they would do something about it other than approve raises and bonuses for them.
