ETAK -(Form 4 and 5 filings) Why won't ETAK comply with SEC filing requirements?
Why won't ETAK comply with SEC filing requirements regarding what Insiders own and have sold? Has van der Velden and other insiders dumped stock or warrants? Does anyone really trust this company's management?
The December '09 Form 5 filing reflects that van der Velden (Pres. & CEO) owns over 50 million shares and warrants. Yet, van der Velden's Form 4 filing of 09/27/2012 states that van der Velden only owns a paltry 27,000 shares.
I'm told repeated demands have been made by shareholders to correct these SEC filings. ETAK has refused. What is the Company hiding? Has van der Velden and other Insiders been dumping? Is ETAK's management engaging in fraud?
I wonder why it took the Pre and CEO almost 2 years to finally comply with SEC rules to file his annual Form 5? Is van Der Velden incompetent, a liar, or is he breaching his fiduciary duties owed to shareholders?
