Stunning development, TPLM to break SEC rules by not releasing earnings by midnight
Since a 4/15/13 earnings date was announced if TPLM does not release their earnings but midnight it could be considered an SEC violation. The EPS report must be stunningly bad. TPLM's horrible report along with ASIA's continued dumping of oil will send TPLM into the low $3's tomorrow
Small cap sub $75M rev have 90 days so 10K could be end April. Hey bballer , TPLM at IPAA Oil conference today presentation 1.35pm ET. What do you think the EPS will be? March presentation infers Q4 end Jan31st at EPS around +$0.04. 2K of oil plus 4 Pumpings. Pump order book full -need a second crew in Q2.
hey dvinci did the march presentation EPS include the extra shares sold in March to NGP, which increased (diluted) the prior share count by 20%? ... The pump book fullness will contribute significant/consistent revenue going forward
This selloff looks like a good opportunity but I am perhaps more concerned about downside than upside at the moment, as the selling pressure on TPLM specifically is not yet over- this morning's pop got sold off relentlessly on fairly high volume. But I'm more keeping an eye on the broad market- with the markets near highs and the swarm of downbeat economic news last week or so signaling a slowdown in economic growth; if this trend continues and earnings season not inspiring the market (and TPLM with it) could swoon this summer as last three years. So I am looking to sell some more 5 puts on a spike in premium for now. If I get put to with my current position of long shares and short puts my basis will be 4.8, so I have a bit of downside protection whilst i do more DD to determine if I want to double down
