Did the unions conduct a work slow down the Sunday before Christmas ?
On Sunday planes in and out of Chicago were being delayed for numerous reasons. There were massive delays, employees were not notifying flyers of gate changes, flight attendants and pilots were not showing up for work. In my opinion there was a union work slow down on one of the busiest travel days of the year.
I was suppose to leave Chicago O'Hare the Sunday before Christmas. My flight was delayed four times because there were no pilots or flight attendants showing up. The kid working the desk forget to tell us that the gate was changed and that the flights were being delayed. They found a replacement crew and another flight attendant. You could tell she didn't want to be there. The other day i read that an American Airline plane got stuck in the snow in Pittsburgh for hours and the flight attendant didn't even give the passengers anything to drink.
Im sure the gate agent did not want to be there either having to put up with people like you.
Do you know the crew pairings thru ORD and why they were late of course you don't, yet you just want to whine and complain. Went to Walmart to day and the clerk did not smile so I went on WM message board and whined. Get over it dude there was no work slowdown.
