I'm aware of managers reporting into managers in the R&D, etc hierarchy ... have they trimmed those down? Also there are managers, directors with no one under them ... these guys twiddle their thumbs mostly ... are those trimmed? Are they going to bring back some of the good technical guys they let go in previous years ???
I see ***ABSOLUTELY*** no point in them keeping managers reporting into managers ... a waste of money, efficiency and resources. Cadence should look across the board and restructure all such instances or ship them out.
