    Re: JOYG

$18.05 but for how long. Will it drop out of sight when investors see the goings on at Mtv service center. Maybe no one will look in that direction.

    • With the current spot price of coal, JOYG could be profitable in spite of any management team or the walkout (lockout?)at one service center. JOYG was able to maintain most of its employees and most of its supplier base through the C11 and then management paid the non-bargaining employees a decent bonus for staying in the fight.

The party will be over in about 3-1/2 years when it becomes apparent that either Al "there's only one thing I hate worse than guns, and that's coal mining" Gore or one of the other socialists is going to get elected.

    • yea whats going on at Mt.Vernon service center? The way I hear it they tried to force thir employees to work week-ends and they have been without a contract since March

      • That's just minor, when you assess all the revenue they have lost by customers sending work to non-Joy facilities. What work they kept was sent to service centers across the nation. This was done, according to management, to protect the customer and now the customer will have to wait for their components or buy somewhere else. Not a good way to create a repeating customer base. Later.
