So, how does a reverse split make money for the company? For a 100 to 1 split, my 10000 shares at .01
are now 100 shares at $1/shr. I'm no more better off than before. Are they counting on dummies to raise the price after the split? In my little experience with pennies, whenever they R/S, the stock goes down
then bankruptcy happens!
You are right. Been there too many times. Have a dozen not trading anything much and are worthless. I hate to say it, it could be a bd omen but they just night r/s and then re-issue like the many before them. They need just to go ahead and sell the co IMO while there is still "some" value. If you can't even get to a nickel + there is nothing for down the road. With all the contracts it appears they have no cash? Well it is not over untill it is over, we'll see.
