Other parties already view CDE shares are very UNDERVALUED as stated by their respective CEOs. They go as far as stating they had feelers from others but chose CDE because of its future share appreciation potential.
CDE will get 20% of the company no matter what even if the deal falls through. But then have to end up paying 10 mil in breakup fees. Which is also to say no matter if someone else bids much higher, they can only buy 80% of them no matter what. The price is already fixed using share price ratios of like the last 10 trading days average.
