I 100% agree. CDE is and has been at the show me stage. Silver could go to $100 and this stock may not move if they can't come up with the earnings. CDE needs to show significant earnings from production (not property sales) for this stock to move. They will have to beat the street by more than a couple of pennies. I would say a P/E below 10 is necessary at this point. It would also help if insiders would start buying, if they would buy back some shares, or if they would declare a dividend no matter how small. A dividend would force shorts to pay up every time a dividend is distributed. They won't like that (the shorts).
