    look at quarterly reports...

    cost distributions...labor...etc...
for juniors to see if they are in fact doing very much...

    there are surprises out there...
and sometimes the share price is set by algorithm...
    not by anything real...

that only means that sometimes, the chart is all you have...
to predict share price...unless you look beneath the carpet...

    good luck,

    • found any of interest-you know i,m not lazy---got some questions about guadalupe and palmarejo-as a geologist has this land package and deposits got any surprises left on exploration side-

      • edmund...

positive exploration and development technology surprises are always lurking beyond
the conceptualization and management prowess of those in charge TODAY...

just look at the shale hosted oil and gas now being developed under vast areas
of the United States, including thoroughly explored/developed West Texas...

it is the negative surprises that shatter one's plans...because the frailties of
imagination, pursuit and integrity make a minor impact in dragging down
positive potential but a huge negative impact upon otherwise probable
successful realization of a well orchestrated plan...

from the history of CDE, there have already been plentiful negative surprises...as
doled out to the investment public by the management...what does that future
        continue to hold? I dunno...

there are exploration groups that lay out less than complete geologic models
to the investment public, while giving up assays, etc, quite factually...which
vague models are possibly intended to keep competition low...and if one
identifies such a situation and chooses to invest and be a part of that,
it makes no sense to share something that might lessen one's financial rewards
from his geologic model that he thinks is more powerful than that presented...

holding vast areas of mineral rights is only productive with employment of
useful target models and smart capital pursuit of those...in a cycle timely
fashion....that is less easily done than contemplated...to the chagrin of
all we geniuses having relatively short and weak pursuit life investments...

if you want to see the history of a man who wildly succeeded in such
pursuit, please look into Chuck Fitpke's biography...the man who followed
Canadian diamonds for years across the barren north lands....

it can be done...way beyond the paths and temperaments of the herds...
and, today, some venture capitalists are linking up with folks of that
different temperament...and perhaps you might find opportunities
lurking around those situations? if you do, it will probably be
minimally a decade or more before it results in financial rewards...
but, your CDE has already been a rather lengthy undertaking...no?

        deliberately vague is:
