DNN is up 9.49% today, and is holding nicely above the 50ma/200ma (as mentioned in the subject heading.
It is also up nicely from my mention on the 13th.
DEJ is up 13.16% today. News re Kokopelli wells, PTEN & HAL has been released. See website or Yahoo summary page for DEJ. Technically, DEJ is still flirting with the 50ma/200ma crossover, so could bounce more from that point of view. Small energies are notoriously volatile, so not a rec. In fact, NEVER A REC. Only a rec to INCLUDE technical analysis in on'es due diligence, along with all other factors.
EXM is up 27.66%...I sold all on the upmove, since there is some resistance in the dollar area.
Ocean shippers moved to upside in great numbers and in high percentage gains today, partly on improving BDI...also on other factors, including, imo, technicals.
SirJiminy, our DHT is finally a tad green. We'll see how it fares after reporting earnings.
Have a number of shippers that are nicely green, as well as some green today, but still under water from my intiial purchase.
I did add to ocean shipping recently before the big move and am holding all 12 precious metals miners I've been mentioning, including CDE (still at slight loss, despite upside trading bounces).
LDK has FALLEN, tho I posted a recovery trade. Solars are TREACHEROUS...and the above heading was meant only for experienced traders to EVALUATE, and only if INTERESTED. Still expecting a full recovery above the 50ma/200ma for LDK, but for now, the stock is in a DOWNTREND and should be avoided except for short term trading, imo.
TAT is still flirting with 50ma/200ma, but now fiinds itself mentioined in a bullish article with a 'five star' rating...according to THAT AUTHOR...NOT a recommendation...only showing how one may trade for additional income for family, for good causes, or to increase investments in value stocks from observing VOLATILE (and dangerous, at times) small stocks or beaten-down sectors/industries.
DNN had positive drill news and is upabout 6.78% from 1.18 close to 1.26 at the moment.
Uranium spot fell, but longer term still looks good. Check out the long term futures...2014, 2015 and on and on ... for uranium trading.
It is my opinion that at least some of the uranium stocks will be multibaggers longer term, and that some will bounce with high percentage gains once it is clear that uranium has turned around.
Nuclear reactors are now safer THAN EVER BEFORE and almost all the radioactivity can now be depleted with the latest science....so the STORAGE is no longer a significant problem.
Other small uraniums fell hugely...and I'm holding all at loss, tho I had at least two successful trades with CCJ...
and some with other small stocks, including DNN.
USU touched into the .20's. I started rebuying .45 and below.
In solar, FSLR SPWR (among the leaders) are doing extremely well. My LDK trades are only bounces (up 10% today and there was a recent 20% move, with resistance at the major moving average). Treacherous technically and also financially, tho recent news, if true, is a plus.
PCFG touched .0001, as do so many of these teeny scary stocks. For me, it was a concern that it had not yet arrived there when I started buying it (and other miners). Now lookin' fer bounces every in mining...in precious metals, base metals, uranium, all. basic materials.
Watch ocean shipping for strength and weakness, including dry bulk (EGLE PRGN, interesting charts, tho no longer in either).
