Probably someone who bought had already sold them at a much higher price than you bought them. Not a huge gain from here, and may decline a bit more, but it will reach 38 in the next 12 months, but it could be longer, who knows. Good stock to trade, since it will not become worthless like some others.
Yeah, but what is important isn't so much where you bought it, but where you can sell it. Even at 31, CEDC is still only 1.34 times book value. If they can survive this current economy turmoil, it still could possibly go up, even from 31!
