Volume is so light, I don't think you can draw any conclusions.
The purpose of downgrades at this stage of the game is not to drive the share price down, but to give a reason to wavering shareholders to do what they want to do anyway (sell). We've been trained to sell any time there is even a small profit, because in this environment share prices almost invariably get smacked down again. This situation, with a potential buyout, is different. I think the downgrades indicate that some kind of sale will indeed go through.
We could quite easily be green almost immediately today. Just my opinion, and worth everything you've paid for it.
