    don't know why the stock was up yesterday when in fact it should be down even further given the disheartening letter from the bod to Mr. Kaufman.

    few takeaways here:

    Company was forced to agree to Tariko's lousy conditions in December as otherwise they had to file for bankruptcy protection already (wondering what happened to the $100 mln cash position reported last quarter).

    The board of directors officially confirms that the March bonds won't be backstopped by Tariko in any way so dilution is well on the way here - of course bankruptcy is still in the cards here in case Tariko doesn't come to terms with the bondholders (but highly unlikely as both parties would lose in this case).

    Bottom line:

    There's no reason for the stock to trade up here - the March bonds will most likely be converted at a very low price with substantial dilution to current common shareholders.
