    Collecting SBY shares.

I purchased shares of TWO on Dec 4. Do I need to continue to hold my shares of TWO until the SBY shares are spun off at the end of the lockup period, or am I able to sell my shares of TWO now and stil collect the SBY shares? (I am not concerned about tax consequences).

    • Two has not made any firm decision on what they will do with SBY. They have several options, only one of which is making a distribution to Two shareholders. Since THEY do not even know what they are going to do yet, it is impossible to determine how it will impact you. In short, if you sell Two before any decision is made (probably several months), you lose! You will get nothing from Two. You will need to hold the shares for several more months to see how it all plays out.
