Intention to distribute these Silver Bay shares to TWO stockholders,by means of a special dividend, following the expiration of of a 90 day lockup period. Expires in mid-March. No determination at present has been finalized. An article in Seeking Alpha states that shareholders would receive .0595318 shares of SBY for every share of TWO owned. Silver Bay closed Friday at $21.33, which would equate to $1.27 per share. The final determination will be made by the Board of Directors as to value per share, and time of payment.

    • It would surprise me if TWO distributed the entire SBY dividend all at one time...That's a big hit to the pps when you couple it with the regular quarterly dividend...

If the article is right then my W.A.G would be for an "extraordinary dividend" of .32c to be piggy backed on top of the regular .40c div parsed out over 4 quarters (still works for me!!!)...

Just thinking out loud with a little knowledge of what other companies that I've owned have done in the past...glta!
