While GGI did get a contract with Mississippi (see p.r., main page), and CXW is also holding out of state convicts there, the legislature imposed a one-year moratorium on importation of convicts. Given the Tallahatchie riot, I suspect it will have a hard road for renewal. Either they can fill their beds with locals, or it's back to "ghost beds," of the Musgrove era.
