Zoley spent an hour putting a good face on a bad situation. Said that the Baldwin closing wasn't likely. Admitted they had no "backup plan" if Michigan pulls their high-dollar kids in September. Offered a bunch of very speculative prospects (i.e., Shelby county, in CCA-land) as if they were likely. In the midst of all the faux-optimism, referred to the "difficult 2nd quarter," and "I am deeply regretful" about performance. Referred to supposedly good legislative prospects in unnamed states as something he wasn't at liberty to disclose. If it's happening in a legislature, it's public info. What's going on here?
