    • Obama Sees a Middle Class Tax of $I.7 Trillion Increase as a Victory read this and vote for Obama if you like it.

–Obamacare law contains 20 new or higher taxes on American families and small businesses–

The Largest Tax Hike in US History has just been upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States and President Obama sees this assault on the middle class as a victory.

The already unpopular 2010 health care reform law has been converted by the court into a $1.76 trillion tax increase funded by escalating taxes to be paid the vast majority of taxpayers. The high court’s ruling leaves in place 20 tax increases in the health-care law, of those, 12 tax hikes would affect families earning less than $250,000 per year, including a “Cadillac tax” on high-cost insurance plans, a tax on insurance providers, and an excise tax on medical device manufacturers. By formally converting ‘Obamacare’ into ‘Obamatax,’ the court allows Obama to raise taxes on the middle-class.

The decision is a distressing blow to taxpayers and represents the single largest tax increase on young people in the nation’s history. When it takes full effect, the Internal Revenue Service will have immense new power and authority to persecute and prosecute a whole new group of taxpayers.

If the law takes full effect, it will devastate small businesses and destroy any chance for a sustainable economic recovery. It will add trillions of dollars to the national debt and push the country toward bankruptcy even faster than current projections. Any individual who believes that
this decision must be overturned must do everything possible to undo the damage that has been done, especially at the ballot box on November 6.

    • It might be awhile before we see 18. Seems to be scraping bottom.
      Nice trading buypanic.

Any ideas how the problems over at PZN might effect WHC ?

    • The article by Bloomberg was very brief. True the
company has been growing earnings at 40% now for years,
but also true future earnings in 2000 and beyond are
to grow at 25%, mostly because the 15% difference is
going to CPV to pay for financing and leasing the
facilities, etc., why does then PZN trades at over 31 times
earnings then...?. WHC has fallen behind the parent
company WAK, and CPV since February, while outperformed
PZN its competitor apparently because when it comes
time to renew contracts PZN credibility will not stand
the test as seen in the following
      URL.

    • I cant disagree. My point though was that if G is
still directing the herd, his conservatism, formulated
during his youth during the depression, may be what
keeps WHC looking mighty bland when compared to the
internet stock wildfires. This may not be bad in the long
run; conservative attitude is what takes you long and
helps you survive. Ive been lucky over the last three
years with WHC. First bought at 19 and sold at 28. Now
bought at 15+ and am up and waiting. WHC is nerve
racking though when compared to my genetic and high tech
stocks but my feeling is that when things are desperate
we will be safe in WHC.

    • OHhhhh TAC101, you are right. Lets rename WHC
"the quiet Co." instead, but sorry some phone co.
already got the TM. on that one. If the 102 million
dollars in added revenues to the pipeline since November,
along with the 5,000+ capacity "ain't enough", then
what else is there, this facilities take time to plan,
develop, and inplement, and are labor intensive. Then also
health care has to be available, transportation, mental
health services, etc. Each facility requires much
effort, but who knows at this very time they may be
working on some large contract to get this baby going.

    • Thank you Buypanic,...
      seems that this new
      accounting method
has created "a price warp on the
      stock".
Hope the "Cleons" of Correctional Trust
      get over
      their law suits soon..,
      this has not help.
      In
the mean time "Beam WHC Up Scotty...!"

    • I would like for anyone reading this post to
please do me a favor and before you read any further,
STOP NOW AND GO READ POST #460.

      It is exactly 3
weeks since I placed that post here and lo and behold,
just about everything I said should happen is
happening. EVEN WORSE. We have escapes, riots and murders -
      what a mess.

I truly am starting to think this
      company has turned into a real P.O.S. I can`t decide if I
should dump this dog or double up. Is this a 'buying
opportunity' or an 'abandon ship alarm'? What the F*** is
going on? I think in another day or so, we may see
single digits. Some of us oldtimers can average down to
under $20, is it worth a shot? I think it might be like
tossing quarters into a fish bowl, the win a
      penny.

This company has had nothing, I say NOTHING but
promising to excellent news for over two straight years,
and the stock kept falling. Now, we get hit with
shattering news and it really dumps. How can anyone stay
optimistic here? MANBOKING, I`m looking for a reason, got
one? I don`t think in my lifetime I`ll ever see this
stock at my cost again ($27). Does it have a chance to
hit $20 if I average down? Looks like 20 cents is
more reachable than $20. Here is my millenium
prediction - by the Y2K, "WHACKENHUT CORRECTIONS WILL BE A
      PENNY STOCK".

      DOWDOG 2000 - I agree with you,
THIS COMPANY SUCKS! And, I`m pretty sure I spelled
      every word........write ( )... I thought of putting an
LOL in there, but who feels like laughing right now?

    • I am new to this board. I have been a shareholder
      for 1 1/2 years. I e-mailed a message to WHC today
asking why they have not had any comments about the
riots and the deaths. I received an e-mail back this
afternoon from the director or corporate relations stating
that they have scheduled a press conference in New
Mexico tomorrow to address all the questions. Hope it is
      good news!

    • Yes, The troubles that PZN is experiencing, is
just the kind of evidence that we must look for to
confirm that the end of the triangle correction is
      near.

This is a classis characteristic of ending triangles
      ... News.
Look at as many equity, commodity or
currency charts you can find, and look for large triangle
formations. Research for news events that occured around the
      time of the triangle completion.
      You will always
find a news event that "caused" the
      move.

Another classic characteristic is constantly improving
fundamentals of a company. WHC has experienced continuous
growth for several years. All of this pent-up energy has
      to go somewhere ...

      This is what "causes"
      the upside breakout to occur.

      The triangle
mearly DELAYS the positive effects of all of this
underlying growth, and gives the fundamentals time to catch
up to expectations ... all of this is completely
      normal action.

      Francesco
